PHD Ltd is an organization dedicated to supporting individuals in their development through various forms of media and the arts. Their offerings include presenting, videography, photography, costume design and creation, among many others. 

Martin Jay started his radio career on September 30th 1990 on a radio station called CHOICE FM.  In his 23 years there Martin not only thrived as a Caribbean Music Specialist he also became the longest running Breakfast Show host from 1997 – 2011.

Once Choice FM was no longer Martin moved over to an online radio station called www.bakahnalradio.com and you can hear him on this station still.

Martin also works as a volunteer manager in the care sector helping people with learning difficulties and autism.
